Shipping

We offer shipping and order tracking on all your purchases within the United States.  We use the United States Postal Service for our shipping needs. We offer a variety of shipping options to you:

  • Hold for In-Store pick up
  • Curbside pick up available
  • Free Shipping across the beautiful United States of America

All of your items will be lovingly hand-packed in our Seattle, Washington boutique and sent out the next business day. If we run into any issues or delays, we'll be sure to give you a friendly call or email right away.

Also, gift wrapping is always complimentary! Please let us know in the order comments if you would like your order gift wrapped, and provide us with a separate shipping address (versus just your billing address) if needed.

PLEASE NOTE: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable and shophorseshoe.com does not assume return shipping costs on returns/exchanges. Packages that arrive COD may be denied, or the COD amount will be deducted from your return or added to your exchange order.

In-Store Returns

Returns are accepted on full priced merchandise within 10 days of purchase. IN-STORE or EXCHANGE only.

NO CASH or CREDIT CARD REFUNDS on any purchase. 

Sale and Apothecary items are final sale.
